A $100 non-refundable deposit (via Zelle or Apple Pay) is required to secure all aesthetic and permanent makeup appointments.
You may reschedule once with a 72-hour notice.

NO-SHOW / LATE ARRIVALS

If you do not show up without notice or arrive more than 20 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited as it covers the time reserved for you.

Clients who are more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Please note: Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering your time slot to clients on our waiting list.

For same-day cancellations or no-shows, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

No refunds are available.
With 72 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a later appointment date, but it cannot be refunded.

For returning clients, an initial touch-up is highly recommended for best results. Please contact your artist directly to schedule.

Previous Work:

If you have had permanent makeup or tattoos done elsewhere (at any time), you must submit clear photos for approval before booking.
Not all previous work can be covered. If approved, you must book a CORRECTION in addition to your chosen PMU service. This helps refine symmetry, adjust color, and improve the overall result. Realistic expectations are essential.
